The registration consists of three letters, followed by three numerals, all serial, possible since 2002.
At the top of the plate is www.nebraska.com in small blue letters, followed by Nebraska in red.
The background shows the shape of the state in red and a horse and carriage at the bottom.
Top right is a revalidation sticker (July 2006).
