Left of the plate is a blue euroband with the oval IRL in white below the twelve European golden stars.
Although the plate looks like an Irish plate, I think it is a German plate.
In that case NZ stands for Neusstrelitz, which is in Germany no longer used.

This is a very old car, completely destroyed standing on a parking of a flat.
Eastern Germany from Rostock ? Although the type does not match.

This registration is NL 00572 and there is an L oval.

My first thought for this car was a CD license plate from Iceland.
But I couldn´t find any other plate looking like this one anywhere else.
And most people tell me that it can´t be a car from Iceland because of the high number (95) for Finland (=D).

I have been advised that this is a Bulgarian license plate.
The H would then mean that this car comes from Šumen.
