The registration consists of one letter, followed by three numerals.
Left of the registration is a red and white shield above the year of validity and sincel 2012 MC.
Below the registration is the legend "PRINCIPAUTE DE MONACO".
Passenger series use as first character a numeral or the letters B, C, E, F, H, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T or Y.
