Current passenger series since 1989 in black on yellow.
The registration consists of two numerals, followed by a hyphen, three numerals, a hyphen and two numerals.
Below the first hyphen a Hebrew letter is present.
The last two numerals indicate the vehicle category where 20 (amongst others) is used for current passenger series.

He emigrated from Israel some time ago and kept the plate. Thanks a lot for giving it to me.

The first two numerals indicate the embassy where 20 stands for Belgium. The last two numerals are always 22.
